Price

All prices of products displayed on this website are quoted in Euros (€) and are correct as at the last update of the website. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error, Black Crow Miniatures shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Prices are displayed inclusive and exclusive of VAT (currently 21% in Spain).

EUROPEAN UNION (EU) CUSTOMERS: The VAT rate applied will be the same as for goods acquired in your home country. Prices for orders originating from European Union (EU) members are initially displayed inclusive Spanish VAT (21%). However, final VAT will be calculated based on the tax rate of the destination country, and will appear on the Cart and Checkout pages, after entering the shipping country.

CUSTOMERS OUTSIDE EU. Prices for orders originating outside EU members, as well as Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and the rest of the EU exceptional areas, are displayed excluding VAT. Prices do not include any other tax, rates, tariffs or surcharges. Tolls, taxes, and other fees not indicated in the total price may apply to international shipments.

Ordering and payment

We have tried to make our website as easy to navigate as possible. To complete your purchase, add your desired item to the shopping cart and click checkout and then choose either log in (if you’re already registered) or checkout as guest (to proceed without creating an account).

When you checkout, you can choose to pay for your order using a variety of payment methods:

  • Credit/debit card. You will be redirected to a platform, where you just have to choose the card type (VISA; Mastercard,…), fill in the required data (cardholder name, card number, expiry date and security code), followed by your billing and delivery address if they are different. Black Crow Miniatures has no access to these card details, since this is processed on a secure site.
  • PayPal (including credit card, debit card, and bank transfer): When you go to checkout you will be redirected to PayPal's secure website to complete your order. You have the option to pay with your PayPal account or if you do not have a PayPal account, you can simply use your credit card or you have the option to create a PayPal account. However, a PayPal account is not required for you to complete your order.

Shipping

The shipping cost depends on the weight of the ordered products and the destination country. Orders can be shipped through the Spanish postal service (Correos) or a courier company. You can choose between different shipping options when placing your order. The shipping cost will appear on the Cart and Checkout pages, after entering the shipping country and after selecting the shipping method.

Black Crow Miniatures is not responsible for any delay or loss of items caused by Postal Services or the courier companies. Please, keep in mind that if a parcel has been signed for or delivered to the address, we will not issue a refund or send a replacement.

Black Crow Miniatures will try to minimize the order delivery time. Every order will be processed within 1 business day. Requested products will be shipped throughout the next 48 or 72 hours from processing the order.

We ship worldwide. Customers from regions that do not appear in the online store have to send an e-mail to info@blackcrowminiatures.com in order to obtain information about prices and shipping costs.

Refund and cancellation

Upon receiving your order, please check all items carefully. If anything is broken, missing, or otherwise incorrect, please notify Black Crow Miniatures within 14 days of delivery—including as much detail as possible—and we will issue a replacement or refund, based on your preference.

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 calendar days without any justification. The withdrawal period will expire 14 calendar days after the day you, or a third party on your behalf, other than the carrier, acquired the material possession of the goods you paid for. Please, note that the right of withdrawal does not apply to customized products or products that have been opened or used.

In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform Black Crow Miniatures of your decision to withdraw from the contract through an unequivocal statement. This statement can be sent by email to the following address: info@blackcrowminiatures.com. 

In order to comply with the withdrawal deadline, the communication concerning your wish to exercise your right of withdrawal must be sent before the relevant deadline expires.

Consequences of the withdrawal: If you decide to withdraw, we will refund all payments received for the products that are the subject matter of the withdrawal without any unjust delay and, in any event, within 14 calendar days of the date on which you informed us of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will proceed with the above mentioned refund using the same method of payment used by you in the initial transaction; in any event, you will not incur any extra costs as a result of the refund. We may withhold the refund until all the goods have been received, until the necessary verifications have been carried out to ensure the miniatures or components are in good conditions once they have been returned to our facilities. The product has to be returned in its original packaging and in perfect condition. You shall assume the direct cost of returning the goods.

You must return or deliver the goods to us directly without unjust delays and, in any event, no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which you informed us of your decision to withdraw from the contract. The deadline shall be deemed to have been met if the goods are returned before the aforementioned period has elapsed.
