Shipping policy

The shipping cost depends on the weight of the ordered products and the destination country. Orders can be shipped through the Spanish postal service (Correos) or a courier company. You can choose between different shipping options when placing your order. The shipping cost will appear on the Cart and Checkout pages, after entering the shipping country and after selecting the shipping method

Black Crow Miniatures has started shipping again to the USA with Correos (tracked delivery), using a DDP system (Delivery Duty Paid). We have been working on the website and all the orders for the US from now on will include an additional line in the checkout page with the tariff charges (15% for the whole range, items manufactured in Spain, EU). USPS should deliver your parcels without any additional charges applied. 

Black Crow Miniatures is not responsible for any delay or loss of items caused by Postal Services or the courier companies. Please, keep in mind that if a parcel has been signed for or delivered to the address, we will not issue a refund or send a replacement.

Black Crow Miniatures will try to minimize the order delivery time. Every order will be processed within 1 business day. Requested products will be shipped throughout the next 48 or 72 hours from processing the order.

We ship worldwide. Customers from regions that do not appear in the online store have to send an e-mail to info@blackcrowminiatures.com in order to obtain information about prices and shipping costs.
