The period of guarantee is the legally established period. Some parts may need assembling. This warranty excludes defects caused by negligence, knocks, improper use or handling.

Black Crow Miniatures does not recommend the use of its products by children under 14.

Black Crow Miniatures will replace all products that have manufacturing defects at the moment of purchase.

2) Delivery data

Blackcrowminiatures.com would try to minimize the order delivery time. Every order will be processed the next 24 h after receiving it. Requested products will be shipped throughout the next 48 or 72 hours from processing the order.

Orders will be shipped through the Spanish postal service, Correos. Black Crow Miniatures is not responsible for any delay caused by Postal Services.
